Being Open to Unlearn

What have you unlearned recently?

Um, what now? You may be asking. 🙂

From childhood we’re told the importance of learning—which in these modern times centers on consuming information provided by others, information that shapes our beliefs about the world and about ourselves.

For so many of us, this is the type of learning that persists throughout our adult lives.

Discussed far less is the importance of unlearning — the state of being open to question self-limiting beliefs. Beliefs that are actually just thoughts you’ve had over and over and over.

So often, it’s these thoughts, these self-limiting beliefs, that are at the core of anxiety and self-doubt.

Your beautiful Soul is guiding you to question these “beliefs” from a place of self-compassion and self-love.

Your deep love for Nature makes you beautifully receptive to unlearning because Mother Earth supports you in accessing your power of presence.

Your presence enables you to experience deep levels of self-awareness and also self-forgiveness.

So you can acknowledge the beliefs (i.e., repetitive thoughts) that no longer serve your highest good.

So you can unlearn.

Your evolution is not a linear path of learning. It’s a spiral path of learning-unlearning-learning.

Mother Earth is offering you profound support in your spiral path of evolution.

She’s offering to help you embrace your uniquely personal path of learning-unlearning-learning.

So you can move forward with clarity and calm, guided by your beautiful, wise and loving intuition. The language of your Soul.
