Right now, I invite you to take a few moments to check in with your beautiful soul. Ask how she is guiding you to cultivate your power of presence with Mother Earth this weekend.
Listen for your soul’s calm, relaxed and loving message of encouragement.
Then say out loud (even in a whisper) what you heard within and feel how it resonates throughout your body.
Does it feel expansive and spacious? Yes, that’s your intuitive guidance. So beautiful. Honor yourself and your soul by acting upon that guidance this weekend.
Does it feel restrictive and constraining? That’s your ego or intellect talking. No worries, it happens to all of us! Just take some nice deep breaths, mindfully release that physical response, then invite your soul to guide you again.
You can do this as many times as you need to reach that expansive, spacious feeling. This is a practice, after all!
Your soul will always answer. Sometimes it takes a little time but the message will come and you’ll know when it does.
Hearing and acknowledging that message is one part of this sacred practice. Acting upon it is another.
So many women hear their soul’s guidance and do not act upon it. That’s like receiving a gorgeously wrapped gift and never opening it!
