So many women are taught from a young age not to show our anger. ❌

To hold it in and put on a happy face. 🙄

That’s a recipe for your pain and suffering — and anger — lasting far longer.

Mother Earth is offering to help you in times like this.

Especially in the garden. 🌿

Gardening is an AMAZINGLY therapeutic activity when you’re angry.

The combo of physical effort with the deep healing that comes from smelling the soil, working with plants (and perhaps digging some out!), and simply being outside…

This is just one of many ways your garden can be healing for you.

Your garden doesn’t ask you to be serene when you enter.

But, quite often, that’s how you’ll feel when you leave. 💕
